Richard Cameron

Richard specializes in Search & Recruitment and Talent Assessment. Prior to launching his own successful consulting firm, the Kirschner Cameron Group, in 2002, Richard worked with one of Canada's most respected search and recruitment firms. His client list includes some of Western Canada's leading businesses as well as major international Fortune 500 corporations.

Richard has spent the last 15 years in various sales and marketing management positions with companies in technology, sports and entertainment. His experience includes being an original member of the sales team that secured and NBA franchise for Vancouver.

Chad Osborn

Chad's specialty is Search & Recruitment. He helps Galvanize Consulting clients find top-performing talent and conducts Talent Assessments with job candidates and current employees. Chad brings a solid background in senior level finance, operations and recruitment for companies ranging from startups to multi-nationals. Some of his past positions include providing services for a United Nations research office in Indonesia, leading business development for Chancery Software and working as a business development consultant with one of Canada's leading management consulting firms.

Chad holds a Master in Applied Economics from the University of British Columbia. In addition to his work with Galvanize, he currently lectures in the areas of International Trade and Economics at the BC Institute of Technology.

Maureen Cameron

Maureen leads the firm’s Communications practice. She has extensive marketing public relations experience in the consumer goods sector as well as the food and beverage, retail and service industries. Maureen has overseen national communications campaigns that focus on meeting bottom-line objectives and increasing shareholder value. Directing public relations efforts in Western Canada for Molson Breweries, Maureen earned both national and international media accolades. She has managed promotions departments for CKNW Radio and CKVU-TV, worked at a leading Vancouver PR firm and provided communications support for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC).

An accredited public relations practitioner, Maureen has a Broadcast Communications diploma from BCIT and a Performing Arts diploma with theatre experience.
